1. Guitarsmart reserves the right to refuse to accept any advertisement which, in Guitarsmart's opinion, it deems to be offensive, misleading, criminal, a breach of copyright or just plain stupid. Guitarsmart will be the final arbiters over these matters.

2. Guitarsmart needs to cover costs and the way we do that is with a charge for photographs, so bearing this in mind Guitarsmart reserves the right to refuse to accept any advertisement or remove any advertisement which links to photos on another site or which encourages potential buyers to email for photos. But think, if the photo is on our site and just one click away it may lead to further contact and a sale.

3. Guitarsmart reserves the right to refuse to accept or remove any duplicate advertisements in the same category or in the incorrect category. Any advert that contains bad or foul language or utilizes BLOCK capitols. Text only adverts are free and have 255 character (about 40 words) space for the description. Text only adverts will be removed after 3 months.

4. Guitarsmart wish to point out that advertisements appearing on this website are taken in good faith and do not, by dint of any such advert being placed, confer or imply ownership of the said article for sale.

5. Advertisements for publication on this site with a photograph are accepted with a fee per article and have 255 character (about 40 words) space for the description.

6. Such adverts will have the photograph displayed on the website for 6 months. The fee is to cover administrative and subsidiary costs and is NOT refundable in whole or part thereof.

7. Vendors must supply their own photograph of the equipment for sale.

8. Photographs can only be accepted at our Email address in the form of .JPG only. Sized to a Maximum height of 410 pixels and Maximum file size of 60kb.

9. Alternatively, photographs can be submitted to Guitarsmart by land mail via our PO Box address.

10. Guitarsmart do not accept any responsibility for any losses sustained by vendors or purchasers in any transactions relating to goods or services advertised on this website.

11. Guitarsmart reserves the right to refuse to accept, or remove any links which, in Guitarsmart's opinion, are not suitable and suspend or block membership to the site of any member registered. Guitarsmart will be the final arbiters over these matters and reserve the right not to give notice or reasons for our decisions.
